Made.com Takes 165,000 sq ft South East DC

European design brand Made.com has signed a lease for a new 165,000 sq ft distribution centre based at the DP World London Gateway Logistics Park in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex to replace its existing distribution centre near Ipswich to enable it to increase capacity and take greater control of its service to UK customers.

“As a digital-first business, we are deeply invested in the quality of our unique products and ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience when shopping with us,” said global operations director Frédéric Beltoise. “As well as adding long term capacity for growth, this new site enables us to continue building the exceptional customer experience that has been so key to our success to date.”

Made.com awards three-year contract to iForce
